Role Overview:
As an Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to our top management, ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly. This role is integral in managing executive schedules, facilitating communication, and serving as a trusted partner. Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to top executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.

  • Meeting Excellence: Prepare agendas, compile materials, and ensure executives are well-prepared for all meetings. Take and distribute minutes, tracking action items to completion.

  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Office Operations: Oversee administrative processes, expense reporting, and support for team events or off-sites.

  • Problem Solving: Anticipate needs, identify obstacles, and provide solutions to ensure executives remain focused on strategic priorities.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience: 5+ years as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite or senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

  • Education : Bachelor or equivalent degree/training in business management or office administration or a related field.

  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.

  • Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, applications including - TAS, Concur, Smartsheet, Teams

  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (English) with a professional demeanor.

  • Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and offer creative solutions.

  • Interpersonal Skills: A team player with a positive attitude, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to build strong relationships.
