Job Description

  • Manage team of Game presenters and ensure company policies and procedures are followed;
  • Organise and provide subordinates’ training, retraining and development as well as ensure every team member has required game knowledge;
  • Be the first contact point and information source for Game Presenters and Shufflers regarding daily duties, procedures and any necessary improvements or changes in company policies;
  • On a monthly basis set bonus, write bonus summaries for the team as well as identify top performers using hard data from internal system for an additional performance bonus;
  • Ensure high quality of game presentation of team members by observing, monitoring performance and its quality, and providing regular feedback;
  • During the shifts on gaming floor being responsible for overall service quality and continuity within floor area, by doing constant physical checks, making sure we meet company security standards, monitoring discipline, resolving emergency cases and other disciplinary issues as well as escalating issues in case of a need to relevant department;
  • Cooperate with other departments in case of related issues, projects, targets, and goals as well as well as work together to ensure high quality experience for players and clients;
  • Lead individual and team meetings;
  • Provide necessary support and direction as well as coach and motivate staff to achieve targets and improve overall satisfaction;
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes for the function;
  • Complete formal evaluation of staff on a monthly basis using all available management tools;
  • Participate in regular internal and external trainings, r- trainings and other tests as part of continuing professional development;
  • Work in a team, which operates 24/7.

Qualifications

  • At least one year in a managerial role
  • Incomplete Higher education;
  • Professional Working Proficiency in English written and verbal;
  • Problem-solving and leadership skills;
  • Stress resistance;
  • Adaptability, flexibility, mobility;
  • High sense of responsibility;
  • Leadership and management skills;
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
