Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Lead and supervise a team of mortgage claims specialists, providing direction, coaching, and performance management.

Claim Process Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the claims team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims.

Compliance and Quality Control:
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies, and maintain high quality standards in claim processing.

Performance Management:
Monitor team performance, set goals, provide feedback, and develop action plans to improve individual and team performance.

Problem Solving and Escalation:
Identify and resolve issues within the claims process, escalate complex issues to appropriate levels, and work collaboratively with other departments to find solutions.

Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain clear communication with team members, other departments, and external parties, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Training and Development:
Identify training needs, provide training and coaching to team members, and support their professional development.

Report Generation:
Generate reports on team performance, claim processing metrics, and other relevant data.

Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with management to implement changes that enhance efficiency and quality.
