Team Manager - Mortgage Insurance will directly manage a team of MI associates & Specialist reporting into Manager Operations
Primary KRAs
- Overses MI lines on the system of record to maintain accurate records.
- Complete and maintain monthly portfolio audits.
- Manage bulk batch payments of MI premiums on a monthly basis.
- Review and complete MI related research items via task work queue.
- Review and process MI cancellation requests including ordering new valuations.
- Ensures accounts are properly documented with accurate and comprehensive status updates.
- Follows established company guidelines, department policies and procedures.
- Entering daily productivity into department database.
- Ensures compliance with all investor and state guidelines.
- Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.
