About the Role

We are looking for a Team Engagement Manager to drive the success of our technical teams and client engagements. In this role, you will lead a talented team, optimize service delivery, and ensure high employee engagement and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with leadership to enhance operational efficiency, manage key programs, and contribute to continuous process improvement.


Key Responsibilities

People & Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical team.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance reviews to foster growth and accountability.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new team members.
  • Maintain high employee engagement and retention through development programs.
  • Manage employee performance, promotions, and compensation adjustments.
  • Oversee workforce planning, budgeting, and staffing needs.
  • Facilitate team celebrations and recognize achievements.


Program & Client Management:

  • Oversee program execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Act as a key liaison between technical teams and clients.
  • Track program progress, manage risks, and resolve delivery challenges.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to optimize client success.


Operational Excellence & Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process enhancements for efficiency and scalability.
  • Contribute to the development of service offerings and solutions aligned with business strategy.
  • Ensure effective use of internal tools for time tracking, budgeting, and resource management.


Administrative & Compliance Tasks:

  • Oversee payroll-related processes, including bonuses and expense reimbursements.
  • Ensure all team members have the necessary equipment and tools.
  • Manage contract execution and compliance for employees and contractors.


What We’re Looking For

  • 7-10 years of experience in IT management, professional services, or software development leadership.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on motivation and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (C1/C2 English proficiency required).
  • Hands-on experience with project tracking, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with internal tools for time tracking, resource management, and operational efficiency.
