As a Senior Software Engineer at Dynatrace, you will help take our product to new heights and extend our leadership in the Software observability field.
You will have an impact on our product, which enables digital transformation in well-known companies as well as in promising startups.

Your role as Team Captain at Dynatrace
You will lead an engineering team that operates an internal developer platform
You will mentor team members and help them along their growth path in Dynatrace, empowering them to take on more responsibilities
You will conduct 1:1 and personal feedback talks with team members to support their growth and development
You will advocate Dynatrace's culture, promoting its values and principles within the team
Team description
Freshly formed backend team operating in Brno, Czech Republic, and Gdańsk, Poland. Implementing critical features, providing quality infrastructure and innovation in the area of Extensions Framework, that allows monitoring virtually any type of technology by combining the simplicity of declarative extensions (SNMP, WMI. Prometheus, SQL based) with the power of Python-based data sources.
What will help you succeed

• A solid foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Software Engineering in any of the following languages Java/C++
• Experience with cloud (AWS, Azure)
• Experience with test-driven development, clean code, design patterns, etc
• Experience in developing distributed and multi-tier applications
• Good English communication
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of software engineers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Rewards

• We offer only employment contracts (PL: Umowa o pracę / UoP) and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.

• Base salary range - starting from 20.000 PLN gross per month.
