We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Team Assistant to join our Brisbane team, As the Team Assistant, you will attend to the general administrative needs of the Brisbane office in a diverse and fast-paced environment, and provide overall assistance to the different teams.

What you will do
- Office support, including attending to incoming calls through reception, greeting and welcoming clients and visitors, providing refreshments to visitors to the office, and coordinating meeting room bookings.
- Managing daily mail and courier requirements, assisting with employee travel bookings, and typing correspondence and reports.
- Administration support, including photocopying, scanning, filing, printing and binding, and formatting of documents in accordance with McGrathNicol templates where required.
- Maintenance of general office areas, including the employee kitchen and common areas.
- Ensuring internal and external meeting rooms are kept tidy, and prepped in advance for upcoming meetings.
- Monitoring and ordering of office supplies and equipment to ensure there is sufficient stock at all times, ensuring continuous functioning of the office.
- Ordering catering for meetings; internal staff functions and internally and externally held events.
- Processing accounts payable and invoices and monthly credit card reconciliations.
- Assistance with internal and external event coordination.
- Managing office merchandise.
- Managing and reconciling petty cash.
- Assisting the various service lines with ad hoc tasks.
- Liaising with building management to address any deficiencies in a timely manner.
Who you are
- Have previous general administration experience.
- Possess intermediate level skills in all Microsoft Office programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- You will be pro-active, enthusiastic, possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- A team player, with a focus on supporting the wider team.
