Tax Associate – Corporate Tax (M&A and Reorganizations)
Qualifications & Prior Experience

Law degree from a Polish university – required
-
3+ years of experience in tax law, preferably in a law firm or a Big 4 tax practice
-
Focus on M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, tax structuring and Corporate Income Tax (CIT)
-
Interest in tax disputes and litigation – nice to have
-
Admitted to or on track for attorney-at-law (adwokat) or legal advisor (radca prawny); tax advisor (doradca podatkowy) qualification will be an advantage

Excellent command of Polish and English
Duties & Responsibilities

Provide transactional tax advice on M&A, corporate restructurings, and CIT issues
-
Draft opinions, legal memoranda, and client advisory materials on tax law matters
-
Support clients in tax audits, administrative proceedings, and dispute resolution
-
Research tax law developments, including CIT, VAT, and international tax treaties
-
Collaborate with M&A, Private Equity, Capital Markets, Banking & Finance, and other practice groups on cross-functional matters

Assist in business development, client engagement, and thought leadership initiatives
