We are in search of a dedicated individual to join our People team in the role of Talent Sourcer at our Yerevan office. The ideal candidate is someone who believes in value of productive sourcing & passive candidate engagements.
This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of Recruiting function and make a significant impact in the dynamic sector of quantitative trading.
Location
Yerevan, Armenia (Hybrid mode with 3 days in-office requirement)
Key responsibilities
- Find potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Github, stackoverflow etc)
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Attract and keep ongoing communication with current and past candidates
- Craft and send customized reach-outs depending on one's profile nuances
- Keep track of measurements - responded, rejected, converted into active candidates etc
- Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
Basic Requirements
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Verbal & written ENG in full-working-proficiency level
- Sourcing skills to identify the best match for given roles
- Strong analytics skills
- Ability to work in rapidly changing environment
Nice to have Requirements
- Hands-on experience in sourcing, especially for technical roles
- Proficiency in using any Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Proficiency in sourcing via different platforms (LinkedIn, Google, GitHub, codeforces etc
