As we continue to expand, we are looking for an Talent Research Team Lead to drive our instructor recruitment efforts and lead a team of skilled sourcers.

This is a full-time remote position open to candidates based anywhere in Ukraine.

Position Overview

We’re looking for an Instructor Sourcing Team Lead to take ownership of sourcing strategies, workflow management, and team leadership. In this role, you will oversee sourcing operations, refine recruitment processes, and mentor a team to ensure we connect with top industry professionals to lead our courses.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of sourcers.
• Assign searches effectively and ensure timely completion.
• Run weekly team meetings to address challenges, share insights, and align priorities.
• Maintain internal knowledge bases and processes to support efficient sourcing.
• Work closely with leadership on strategy, onboarding, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Sourcing & Recruitment
• Join pre-development meetings to define instructor requirements.
• Analyze search briefs to pinpoint key hiring criteria and potential challenges.
• Oversee and contribute to sourcing efforts across multiple channels.
• Use executive search and technical sourcing techniques to connect with top professionals.
• Operations & Reporting
• Manage the end-to-end sourcing workflow, from setup to execution.
• Maintain searches in Asana, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Track and analyze sourcing performance metrics, including conversion rates and channel effectiveness.
• Provide structured reports and insights to leadership.

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, with a strong background in technical sourcing. Executive search experience is a strong plus.
• Expertise in Boolean search, X-ray searches, and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong proficiency in Asana, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
