Position overview

The Talent Partner collaborates with leaders, managers, and HR to design, implement, and support highly effective employee development strategies aimed at enhancing skills, boosting performance, and driving career growth. The Talent Partner works closely with business leaders to support the development and retention of top talent across the organization and will drive talent strategies that align with the company's overall goals, ensuring we continue to attract and retain the best talent to meet our growth and business needs.

What you'll do

  • Talent Development Strategy
      • Work closely with business leaders and HR to understand talent development needs and design programs that align with the organization’s goals and business objectives.
      • Develop frameworks for succession planning and talent mapping to ensure a pipeline of future leaders and high-potential employees.
      • Own the process and approach for talent assessments, aligning this with talent acquisition and succession planning
  • Training and Learning Initiatives
      • Identify skill gaps and training needs across the organisation, and design tailored learning programs to address them
  • Employee Engagement and Retention
      • Support initiatives that foster employee engagement and help retain top talent, including performance management processes, career coaching, and professional growth programs.
      • Work with managers to identify and nurture high-potential employees and ensure they have access to the development opportunities they need.
      • Help employees identify career paths and growth opportunities within the organization.
  • Leadership development 
      • Partner with senior leadership to create and implement leadership development programs that cultivate skills in decision-making, strategic thinking, and team management.
      • Provide coaching and mentorship to current and future leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities
  • Performance and development reviews 
      • Support managers and employees through the performance review process by providing tools, frameworks, and coaching.
      • Collect feedback from employees and managers to refine talent development strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Talent analytics and reporting 
      • Provide regular reports to senior leadership on the progress and impact of talent development initiatives

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related fields
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or HR, with a strong background in creating and implementing development programs
  • Proven ability to collaborate with leadership and managers to identify development needs and design effective programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire individuals at all levels
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), training platforms, and digital learning tools
  • Ability to assess the effectiveness of development programs and make data-driven improvements
  • Intermediate experience of Microsoft Excel
