About ProBio
ProBio proactively provides end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. ProBio’s total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. In terms of plasmid service, ProBio supports the most clinical approvals for CGT drugs including mRNA vaccines, CAR-T in China. It is also the first GMP manufacturing platform to provide in vitro transcription (IVT) template linearized plasmids for mRNA vaccines and has supported several mRNA vaccine global enterprises to obtain clinical approvals. In terms of viral vector service, \ProBio has a stable and high-yield viral vector platform.
Job Scope:
In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting GenScript's geographically distributed teams in Europe, optimizing our people operations for scalability, and fostering our team's success. Your dedication to creating an exceptional employee experience, coupled with your meticulous attention to detail, will significantly enhance our HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support new hire onboarding, ensuring each team member receives the support they need, as well as handling some of the offboarding processes for departing employees.
- Manage employee documentation such as contracts and amendments, and handle information changes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, handling questions regarding policies, benefits, and other HR matters.
- Process HR-related invoices and reimbursement documentation.
- Assist in administering employee benefits, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
- Assist in documenting and implementing processes and guidelines across the team member lifecycle, providing recommendations to improve efficiency and the overall employee experience.
- Coordinate and support employee training and engagement events, in-person team gatherings to foster a collaborative and inclusive culture.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Main Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in HR or People Operations, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling company.
- Fluent English. Fluency in Dutch is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you’re able to build trust and establish strong relationships at all levels.
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance best practices.
- Ability to focus on details and priorities effectively.
- Ability to use discretion and handle highly sensitive information
- Passion for People, about creating a positive employee experience and contributing to a mission-driven culture.
- Experience in event coordination or administrative support.
- Currently residing in and eligible to work in the Netherlands.
