We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Partner to join our people team. 

Here are a few of the things you will do:

  • Lead end-to-end hiring processes for various departments including Engineering, Product, Data, Marketing, etc.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and strategize recruitment plans
  • Proactively focus on creative methods to ensure a consistent top-of-funnel pipeline of qualified candidates such as direct sourcing, referrals, and more
  • Monitoring hiring processes using data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and hiring success.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to final decision
  • Lead out employer brand activities such as meetups, referral programs, participating conferences, tech events, etc.
