We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Management Program Manager to transform our approach to performance reviews and workforce development. You will be responsible for driving innovative strategies that unlock the full potential of our workforce, promote continuous feedback, and align individual and organizational goals. Your expertise will help shape a performance-driven culture, leverage Workday Talent Management, and enhance employee engagement across the company.

What you’ll do:

Use data-driven insights and industry best practices to design, optimize and execute innovative talent management processes in the following areas:
 

Performance Management:

  • Design and manage the performance management system to align with business objectives and drive high performance.
  • Lead the annual performance review process, including goal setting, skill-based assessments, self-assessments, and year-end evaluations.
  • Facilitate quarterly talent reviews with leadership teams to assess talent development, performance, and succession planning, identifying high-potential employees.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance management best practices, including coaching, feedback, and development planning.
  • Manage the execution of 360-degree feedback programs, fostering transparency and accountability.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements to the performance management process.

Change Management:

  • Lead change management initiatives related to talent management and innovation, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption across the organization.
  • Partner with internal communications to develop and execute strategies that engage employees and managers during change.
  • Monitor and adjust change initiatives based on their impact on employee performance, engagement, and innovation.

Training & Development:

  • Support the design and implementation of personalized learning and development plans based on performance insights, driving career development and readiness.
  • Build and deliver training and support resources to managers and cross-functional partners on key talent programs to maximize talent program adoption and impact.
  • Support basic talent management system administration and reporting in Workday.
  • Assist with additional Talent and People Team projects as needed.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Use data and analytics to evaluate and improve talent management initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to develop talent strategies and ensure adoption of talent processes.

What we are looking for:

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, specifically in performance management, talent assessments, and succession planning within global organizations. Alternatively, 8 years of equivalent and relevant HR experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 2+ years of experience working with C-suite executives and senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to improve performance management processes.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally to execute talent management strategies.
  • Experience creating and delivering impactful presentations to engage leaders at all levels.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments, delivering both strategic and tactical solutions.
  • Expertise with Workday Talent Management platform, including managing performance reviews, skill assessments, feedback tools, goal setting, succession planning, high-potential employee development and workforce planning.

Skills:

  • Strong consulting, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent project documentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, problem-solve, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and deal with ambiguity.
  • Comfortable working in a virtual, global team.
  • Highly collaborative, agile, and solution focused.

The salary range for this role is $105,262 - $145,000.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
