The Role - Talent Experience Coordinator

The Talent Team at GoCardless is passionate about hiring top-tier talent by creating remarkable experiences. As a Talent Experience Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping these experiences for both candidates and interviewers through: coordinating interviews, enhancing our processes, and organising recruitment events that bring out the best in our candidates.

What Excites You? 

  • Coordinate recruitment activities: Post job ads, schedule interviews across global time zones, and move candidates smoothly through every step of the hiring process.
  • Organise recruitment events to increase Talent Attraction and spread the word about GoCardless! 
  • Improve processes: Identify pain points, automate tasks, and streamline operations with with our recruitment tech stack
  • Lead workshops with the Talent team to innovate and create remarkable experiences to delight candidates and interviewers.
  • Create candidate packs (FAQs, how-to guides, intro videos) to enhance the candidate journey.
  • Develop process guides and templates that improve the experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide day-to-day operations support, troubleshoot issues, and become the go-to person for process & systems problems.

Salary Range - €1254 - €1750 monthly (Gross)
Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.
