In this role, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier talent. What You're Accountable For:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including passive sourcing, resume review, interviews, scheduling, and offer management to achieve BigTime's 2025 growth plan.
- Drive our ‘100% new hire retention' strategy by designing and executing programs that build a diverse talent pipeline, support customer centricity, and fuel our AI strategy.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience with proactive communication and seamless hiring interactions.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline hiring and enhance the candidate experience.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert and consultant to hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
- Serve as a culture ambassador, embodying and promoting BigTime Core Values throughout the hiring process.
- Administer and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including training hiring managers on its use.
- Drive employer branding, employee referral programs, and recruitment marketing efforts to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Support early days of new hire experience to ensure a smooth transition for joining the company.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a strong track record of hiring top talent in competitive markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience), with expertise in recruiting tools, ATS, and HR technologies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a detail-oriented and organized approach to managing multiple priorities.
- Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruitment process, providing strategic guidance and serving as a trusted business advisor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment where data-driven decisions, KPIs, and candidate experience SLAs drive performance.
- High sense of urgency, adaptability, and commitment to delivering quality outcomes without compromising candidate experience.
The expected salary for this position ranges from $90,000 - $100,000 annually. The actual salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation such as bonuses.
