- Serve as a culture ambassador across the region, supporting engagement, DEI, and communication practices tailored to each market’s expectations and sensitivities.
- Support the regional onboarding experience and offboarding transitions, ensuring consistent, compliant, and culturally attuned processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and labor practices across India, China, and the Philippines, escalating risks as needed and partnering with legal when required.
- Champion continuous improvement in HR operations, identifying process enhancements that reflect regional realities and enable scalable growth.
- Take on additional responsibilities or special projects as needed to support Endpoint’s continued expansion in APAC
Education:

- Demonstrated success in leading HR initiatives within at least two HR disciplines (e.g., talent management, employee relations, compensation, learning & development); experience in three or more areas preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in a functional HR leadership role, with proven ability to influence business leaders and drive people strategies in complex, high-growth, or matrixed environments.
- Prior experience directly managing mid-level HR professionals and regional teams, including coordination across culturally and legally distinct markets such as India (compliance-heavy), China (centralized processes), and the Philippines (remote/hybrid workforce considerations).
- Strong working knowledge of local employment laws, labor relations practices, and cultural norms in India, China, and the Philippines, with the ability to tailor solutions to diverse workforce needs.
- Experience navigating high-growth or transformation settings, with a demonstrated ability to build trust, lead change, and deliver scalable HR practices that meet both global and local expectations.
Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and respectfully across diverse cultural and business contexts, including India, China, and the Philippines.
- Proven ability to engage, coach, and develop high-performing HR teams, fostering a culture rooted in collaboration, empathy, and continuous growth.
- Strategic thinker with strong practical judgment and a hands-on approach, capable of balancing long-term people strategy with immediate operational priorities.
- Demonstrated success in influencing and partnering with senior leaders across regions, building alignment around shared goals and navigating complex stakeholder dynamics.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of how HR can enable business success—particularly in high-growth, innovation-driven environments—while keeping focus on quality and scalability.
- Adept at building and nurturing cross-functional partnerships to drive key initiatives, reflecting our values of collaboration and passion for achieving business results together.
- Skilled in consulting and facilitation, including the ability to lead sensitive conversations, shape effective people solutions, and develop thoughtful business cases that reflect both global and local perspectives.
