Your mission

Own the end-to-end recruitment process specifically for commercial roles, including sales and account management, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for high-volume hiring needs

Manage job postings on relevant platforms and actively engage in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and social media to meet high-volume hiring goals

Collaborate closely with commercial Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs and provide them with well-qualified candidates quickly and efficiently

Use recruitment data to track the success of high-volume recruitment strategies, providing insights to optimize the process and ensure efficiency
Our selection process is continuous and the ad may close before the recruitment process is completed, if we’ve moved forward to the screening or interview phase.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

2-4 years of relevant recruitment experience, ideally for sales-focused roles

Fluent in both English and Swedish

Proven experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, fintech, e-commerce

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike

A passion for working in dynamic environments
