The HR Role – Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) position at Zeeco Europe Limited is a full-time full life cycle recruiting role based in the Stamford, UK office. This role will be responsible for the recruiting of various Zeeco positions, both technical (e.g. engineering) and non-technical (e.g. administrative). Most positions will be located in the UK as well as other locations within greater UK and continental Europe. The focus will be on filling vacancies from applications but with a specific focus on talent acquisition and head hunting to get the best people.
Job Duties
- Promote Zeeco employment opportunities in the community and organizations.
- Recruit, identify, contact, source and assist applicants for open positions.
- Complete due diligence on candidates including background and pre-employment screenings.
- Process new hire paperwork.
- Source candidates and potential candidates and process applications and resumes.
- Perform general HR duties as assigned.
- Conduct interviews as well as coordinate interviews for hiring managers.
- Draft and deliver offer letters.
- Recruitment planning with Head of HR for growth and succession planning
Qualifications
- Must possess sufficient interpersonal skills to effectively interact with persons inside and outside the company.
- Must be able to work under stress, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
- Five or more years HR experience.
- Three or more years of Recruiting (corporate and/or agency).
- Experience in an agency recruiting environment is a plus.
- Experience recruiting Engineering and Skilled Trades positions is preferred.
- Experience giving presentations.
- Experience and familiarity with various HR laws, rules and regulations as well as standard/best practices.
- Ability to travel on a limited basis. Up to ~10% for career fairs and recruiting events.
