Als Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d) bei MKS Instruments sind Sie ein kompetenter und vertrauensvoller Sparringspartner für Ihr Hiring Team, hauptsächlich an unseren Berliner Standorten, aber Sie unterstützen auch die Anforderungen an anderen Standorten in Europa. Dabei haben Sie den Anspruch den besten Match zwischen Kandidaten und dem Hiring Department zu erzielen. In dieser Rolle berichten Sie an den TA EMEIA Manager mit Sitz in Bukarest. Es handelt sich um eine hybride Rolle mit einem Wohnsitz in Berlin.
Ihre Verantwortung
- Sie steuern selbständig mehrere Searches parallel und definieren dabei die Best-Practice-Recuringprozesse für lokale Märkte wie z. B. Slowenien oder den Niederlanden
- Die von Ihnen betreute Profile sind ein abwechslungsreicher Mix aus blue/white collar und Corporate Funktionen
- Sie sorgen für eine gefüllte Pipeline von aktiven und passiven Kandidaten über verschiedene digitale Kampagnen, soziale Medien und andere innovative Kanäle
- Sie schaffen Transparenz durch Daten und stellen stetiges KPI-Tracking sicher, um Manager und Kandidaten aufzuklären und ein echter Partner für das Unternehmen und die Kandidaten zu werden
- Unterstützung regionaler Employer Branding-Aktivitäten (wie z. B. die Organisation verschiedener Karriere-Events), um die Sichtbarkeit des Unternehmens zu erhöhen und die Attraktivität für Talente zu steigern
Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen
- Eine für diese Position angemessene Berufserfahrung im Bereich Talent Acquisition und/oder Recruiting (idealerweise mit einem Schwerpunkt auf technischen und/oder industriellen Profilen) sowie über den Aufbau und die Umsetzung effektiver Rekrutierungsprozesse
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch sind zwingend erforderlich
- Kulturelle Intelligenz ist bei globaler Arbeit sehr wichtig und daher wünschenswert
- Sie besitzen die Fähigkeit, selbständig Kandidatenpools und -pipelines aufzubauen und zu verwalten und neue und innovative Wege zur Gewinnung von Talenten zu finden sowie die Motivation, Ihre Expertise stetig weiterzuentwickeln
- Prozessgetrieben und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit ausgeprägtem Qualitätsanspruch bei gleichzeitiger Umsetzungsstärke
- Solides Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und moderner Leadership-Ansätze
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Bewerbermanagementsystemen (Workday, Taleo, ADP o. Ä.) wäre von Vorteil

A Day in Your Life at MKS
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) at MKS Instruments, you will be a trustful partner for Hiring Managers primarily from our Berlin sites supporting the business needs as for other sites in Europe. In this role, you will report to the TA EMEIA Manager based in Bucharest. This role is hybrid with place of residence in Berlin.

You Will Make an Impact By
- Define best-practice recruitment processes for local markets.
- The recruitment processes that you will manage will be a mix between blue/ white collar and corporate functions.
- Source active and passive candidates through digital campaigns, social media and other innovative channels.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process as part of a high-growth international business.
- Create transparency through data to become a trusted partner to hiring managers and HR.
- Position MKS Instruments in the candidate market.
- Organize different career events.
Skills You Bring
- Previous experience in talent acquisition across all levels of the organization, ideally in an international setting.
- Ability to build and manage candidate pools, engage and guide stakeholders and continuously improve the way you work.
- Knowledge of working with KPIs such as time to hire, quality of hire, etc. would be beneficial.
- Experience in working with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Taleo, ADP or similar) would be great!
- Fluency in German & English is mandatory.
