Your Tasks

  • Own the full hiring process – from intake meetings to offers, keeping roles moving and expectations aligned.

  • Write clear and engaging job ads and outreach – making us stand out in the right way.

  • Screen thoughtfully and give structured feedback – helping both candidates and hiring teams make informed decisions.

  • Support and guide hiring managers – partnering closely to define roles and adjust along the way.

  • Deliver a consistent, professional, and kind candidate experience – every step of the way.

  • Manage timelines and communication – keeping hiring on track and everyone in the loop.

  • Improve how we hire – always looking for ways to simplify and scale.

  • Manage our ATS (Personio, Ashby etc.) – keeping it tidy, up to date, and working for us.

  • Share market insights – from salary ranges to sourcing strategies.

  • Support our employer brand – making sure our tone and message stay consistent across touchpoints.

  • Prepare new hires for success – from keeping them engaged post-offer to being the first to welcome them on day one.

  • Hiring managers come to you before launching a role – because they trust your input.

  • Candidates walk away impressed, even if it’s a “no.”

  • Open roles move quickly and smoothly, without bottlenecks.

  • Our hiring process becomes more structured, fair and efficient – because you keep improving it behind the scenes.

  • The ATS is a reflection of your brain: clear, structured, and under control.

Your Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, or as a Recruitment Partner, ideally in a startup, beauty, fashion, or e-commerce environment.

  • Experience in recruiting for a variety of role coverage (Marketing, Operations, Creative, Finance, etc.).

  • Great communication skills – calm, clear, and to the point.

  • A proactive mindset – you don’t wait to be told what to do.

  • A love of structure, but you know when to adapt.

  • A data-driven approach – you use talent metrics and insights to inform decisions and continuously improve processes.

  • Experience using an ATS (Ashby, Personio, Greenhouse, Workable, etc.).

  • Fluent English is a must; other languages (German, Italian, French, Spanish, Korean, etc.) are a plus.
