Talent Acquisition Specialist (Maternity Leave 6-8 months)
Join our global HR team at Yotpo and contribute to building exceptional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with leaders, and develop innovative hiring strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviews, and extending offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and refine recruitment strategies.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
- Innovate sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns to attract top candidates.
- Utilize data-driven insights and the ATS (Greenhouse) to improve hiring decisions.
- Train and guide managers on recruitment best practices.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen our external and internal brand presence.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in the high-tech industry.
- Expertise in conducting behavioral interviews.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proven sourcing expertise and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub).
