Job Title: Technical Sourcer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Overview:
Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin - "Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China."
Experience in Entertainment Industry is a Huge Plus
Responsibilities:
- Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, our client, and alternative search techniques
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine alignment to open positions
- Collaborate with recruiters to improve recruiting processes and recruiting efficiency.
- Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline (via our client, Facebook, and alternative search techniques).
Job Requirements：

- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
- Great verbal and written communication skill, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills (attention to details).
