This position is located in our Philadelphia PA office as a hybrid work environment. It is not 100% remote work from home.
About the Role
Essity’s Talent Acquisition team is looking for an experience Talent Acquisition Recruiting Specialist. The Recruiter will be responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment and selection process. This role will be responsible for driving the candidate attraction and selection process and providing the highest level of talent acquisition services to Essity business units.
This role promotes Essity as an employer of choice across designated markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process.
What You Will Do

Act as a Talent Advisor and Partner to the business unit

Strategically advises Internal Stakeholders, develops and maintains strong working relationships in order to partner with HR team and hiring managers to drive the recruitment process, across different business units

Identify qualified candidates via screening, engage and present viable resumes to hiring managers

Develops and implements sourcing strategies, including, but not limited to: web-based searching, targeted association contacts, college recruiting and the use of social networking forums; managing appropriate and timely use for each strategy;

Works with the TA Team to ensure complete and accurate information for EEO and OFCCP reporting requirements.

Conduct phone interviews with identified candidates

Engage and manage candidates with appropriate follow-up and feedback to facilitate positive candidate experience

Build effective talent pipeline

Communicate recruitment process to all levels of the business
Who You Are
-
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Human Resources or Business
-
3-5 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting and Talent Acquisition
-
Experience in the recruiting of front line workers within manufacturing facilities. Supporting both union and non-union facilities is hiring preferred.

Prior experience in Workday as a full Recruiting and Hiring tool is highly preferred

Must have prior experience direct sourcing on major job boards and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and Glassdoor

Experience with recruiting technology and practices like networking, social media, internet recruiting and others preferred

Must have experience managing internal and external relationships in a highly matrix environment required; Global experience is a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Teams

Excellent time management, writing, and oral communication skills are required

Experience with conducting behavioral based interviews

Ability to travel up to 5%, domestic or internationally
