Assists managers in validating position requirements and provides consultative feedback and direction about external labor market conditions, candidate needs, and sourcing and candidate selection strategy. University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
