The main purpose of the role is to own, manage and successfully deliver low to mid-level hiring across one or more business units in a single geographical region.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned low to mid-level job requisitions across one or more business units in a single geographical region, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview management and offer management, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing regular updates on recruitment progress and consulting on talent strategies. Proactively identify and address recruitment challenges. 
  • Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates, leveraging job boards, social media, direct sourcing and networking. 
  • Identify and, with direction, lead initiatives to improve recruitment processes, increase efficiency, and reduce time-to-fill. 
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the applicant tracking system and generate recruitment reports to help guide decision-making. 
  • Pro-actively contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the company as an employer of choice and leveraging social media channels. 
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

Key requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of job area, and broad knowledge of other related job areas, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. 
  • Min. 4 years of related Talent Acquisition experience;
  • Experience of recruiting in one or areas such as IT, Global Quality Operations, and Technology & Innovation. (Mandatory)
  • Fluency in English; (Mandatory)
  • Proven experience with managing large stakeholder groups.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and innovation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Workday experience (plus).
