ABOUT US

As the Talent Acquisition Senior Manager, you will be a key leader within the People Division, responsible for building a world-class talent acquisition function. Reporting to the People Executive, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to align hiring strategies with our business goals and ensure a data-driven approach to recruitment.

This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, with a focus on people management, stakeholder alignment, and a scientific approach to talent acquisition.


WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team: Foster a collaborative and motivated Talent Acquisition team that is deeply aligned with the company’s goals and culture.
  • Stakeholder management: Collaborate closely with our leadership team to manage expectations, provide insights, and navigate diverse perspectives on talent and hiring.
  • Drive recruitment strategy: Develop and execute strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent across EMEA, APAC and North America.
  • Ensure operational excellence: Design and implement scalable recruitment processes, tools, and frameworks that prioritize quality, speed, and efficiency.
  • Analyze and optimize recruitment performance: Use data and analytics to evaluate success metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
  • Champion candidate experience: Ensure every candidate interaction reflects Indie Campers’ values and leaves a lasting positive impression.
  • Stay ahead of trends: Continuously monitor industry trends, tools, and innovations to enhance recruitment practices.
  • Promote knowledge sharing: Establish best practices for recruitment across the organization and upskill recruiters, interviewers and hiring managers.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams in talent acquisition, with a focus on people management.
  • Demonstrated ability to align teams with organizational goals and create a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Deep expertise in designing and implementing recruitment strategies using data and insights.
  • A methodical approach to recruitment, viewing talent acquisition as a science, grounded in metrics and evidence-based practices.
  • Exceptional skills in navigating complex relationships, managing expectations, and influencing founder-led leadership teams.
  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS platforms (Greenhouse experience is a plus) and innovative sourcing methods.
  • Ability to balance short-term hiring needs with long-term talent pipeline development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility with candidates and internal teams.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with competing priorities.
  • Fluent in English.
