Job Description
Talent Acquisition is central to enabling LGC to deliver on its mission of 'Science for a Safer World'. You'll be supporting a range of functions within LGC across various sites in Germany, focusing on sourcing the best talent possible and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
This is a hybrid role based from any of our Berlin offices, offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with Hiring Managers to solve key hiring problems across both Corporate and Technical (Life Sciences) functions, advising on hiring strategy and processes.
- Build high quality talent pipelines through various methods; direct sourcing, events and through advertising channels.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying any gaps and partnering with stakeholders to solve them.
- Champion DEIB initiatives around Talent Acquisitio
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, ideally within the Life Science or Technology industry.
- Demonstrable experience sourcing (boolean/x-ray search) and attracting talent in niche areas.
- Sequential and data-driven mindset.
- Experience partnering with stakeholders to solve complex and time-sensitive hiring challenges.
- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems. (e.g. SmartRecruiters)
- Fluent in German and English
