The Dyson EMEA region spans 14 head offices across cities like Amsterdam, Paris, Cologne, Dubai, and Istanbul, organised into four clusters: Northern Europe, Southern Europe, GB&I, and Emerging Markets. Home to 2,000 talented individuals from 66 nationalities, with 55% female representation, our region thrives on diversity, cross-functional collaboration, and a shared drive for progress. The EMEA Talent Acquisition team supports recruitment across all these locations, covering both offices and retail stores, and hiring for functions such as sales, marketing, retail, eCommerce, and supply chain.
About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) at Dyson, you step into a pivotal role where your primary focus is on bringing in top-tier talent to drive our organisation forward. You'll find yourself immersed in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with hiring managers to grasp their specific needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies. Your expertise will be pivotal in navigating the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing offers, all while maintaining a keen eye on efficiency and effectiveness.
Beyond the day-to-day operations, you'll have the opportunity to engage in strategic projects aimed at refining our recruitment processes, ensuring they remain agile and responsive to our evolving needs. Your role extends beyond mere transactional recruitment; you'll serve as an internal consultant, offering valuable insights and guidance to hiring managers throughout the hiring journey. Through your efforts, you'll not only help secure top talent but also contribute to a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
Your responsibilities extend to providing consultative support to the region, collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective attraction strategies and sharing industry best practices. You'll leverage your creativity to design innovative sourcing strategies, ensuring a diverse pool of top-notch candidates across all functions and levels within the organisation. Moreover, you'll stay abreast of market trends and legislative updates, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment in our recruitment efforts.
Building strong relationships is at the core of your role. You'll partner closely with key business stakeholders, providing guidance on talent management initiatives and interviewing best practices. Your communication skills will shine as you maintain candidate relationships, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process. Additionally, you'll cultivate relationships with leaders and managers, fostering collaboration and driving strategic recruitment initiatives forward.

What We Do
At Dyson we are focused on solving the problems that others have ignored; solving them first using our technology and ingenuity. In order to achieve this we need to pioneer technologies that are different and authentic. This is the core of what we do and who we are. We must strive to create the future, every single day by developing new things, different things, things that go against the grain with a diverse and global team of ingenious minds.
Dyson employs over 14,000 people and is present in more than 80 countries. And while we are growing fast we want Dyson to remain a start-up in spirit with the freedom of experimentation and learning, constantly reinventing our products as well as reinventing how we work, how we sell and how we support our owners. At the same time we are working through the James Dyson Foundation, James Dyson Award and Dyson Institute to inspire future engineers and pioneering a new approach to engineering education.
Underlining everything we do in this diverse environment is the need to always show respect, supporting each other as one team to overcome whatever challenges we encounter. We drive empowerment, development and equality in an inclusive environment for our people around the world.
The future doesn’t just happen, we look to make it happen, to achieve leaps through pioneering new ideas
