Operations/ Administration:

  • Reviews applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.

  • Review and evaluate applicants against position requirements.

  • Conduct pre-screening interviews and reference/background checks.

  • Promote internship programs and maintain relationships with past interns.

Diversity Management:

  • Implement diversity initiatives and support Affirmative Action goals.

  • Monitor and report on progress towards diversity objectives.

Employment Processes:

  • Recommend and implement improvements to recruitment processes.

  • Collaborate with HR leaders on staffing benchmarks and metrics.

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of employment data

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform additional duties as assigned while upholding recruitment standards.

  • Build strong relationships and effectively meet recruitment timelines.

  • Adapt to changing environments and manage stress under high workloads.

  • Communicate clearly while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and concerns of others.

  • Analyze research data from various sources and recommend appropriate actions
