Are you passionate about finding the right talent to fuel success in the manufacturing industry? Are you adept at guiding candidates through the entire recruitment journey? As part of the Center of Excellence, our Talent Acquisition Team is growing and we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to help us attract, source and recruit top talent in this competitive marketplace.

This is a contract position responsible for providing strategic talent acquisition solutions for niche and key leadership roles, proactive pipelining for future needs and collaborating effectively with leadership at all levels of our organization. The contractor will be responsible for supporting supply chain roles, including positions such as Category Manager, Supply Chain Analyst, and Buyer/Planner, to ensure efficient and seamless global operations.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on talent acquisition processes, controls and policies
  • Source and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels.
  • Evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicits timely feedback on candidates to refine talent acquisition strategy as applicable.
  • Partner with senior management, HR Leads, HR Business Partners and colleagues to anticipate upcoming needs and strategize effective talent pipelines.
  • Proactively share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline the process for the client.
  • Demonstrates expert level of understanding of talent acquisition needs by participating in client meetings, become aware of changes within the business, act as a subject matter expert for areas of talent acquisition responsibility as well as managing hiring manager/candidate expectations.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the talent acquisition process; share manager feedback and appropriately disposition all candidates.
  • Educate candidates on the career growth potential, benefits, compensation philosophy and many advantages of employment, selling Regal Rexnord and the opportunity.
  • Conduct appropriate compensation expectation conversations with hiring managers, human resources and candidates to ensure closure of offers.
  • Understands organizations diversity goals and provides education to hiring managers in order to ensure and present a diverse candidate slate.
  • Provide meaningful market data in support of client needs.
  • Utilize the complete functionality of our ATS (Workday) and maintain data integrity and controls.
  • Utilize and become an expert in the sourcing tools available to you. 

 

Required Skills / Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.  
  • 5+ years of experience in full life cycle talent acquisition at a fast paced technology environment supporting Operations recruitment.
  • Strong strategic sourcing on all level roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively coach/influence leaders as the talent acquisition subject matter expert.  
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities, high attention to detail.
  • Possess a controls mindset; understand employment laws and regulations.
  • Superior multitasking, project management and presentation skills coupled with business acumen.
  • Prior experience handling sensitive/confidential information.
  • Able to tell a story with data and metrics.
  • Strong time management skills, and the ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize.
  • Knowledge of employment laws / Affirmative Action and OFCCP Compliance Regulations preferred.
