Role Overview

 The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the operational aspects of the talent acquisition process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist collaborates with the TA Leadership, human resources and cross functional teams to streamline workflows, manage talent acquisition data, and support strategic hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team, HRBP, and hiring managers to execute strategic hiring initiatives.
  • Manage various talent acquisition initiatives and tasks, including coordinating resources, setting timelines, and ensuring successful execution to drive operational efficiency and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with TI to develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for talent acquisition activities, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support university recruitment efforts, partnering with academic institutions to attract top talent and build a strong pipeline of future professionals.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage some recruitment related data to support reporting & analytical business needs.
  • Develop communication plans and provide updates on program activities and timelines.
  • Support recruitment events and conferences.
Requirements
  •  A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Human Resources
  • Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience with minimum 1 years of experience within managing talent acquisition operations, university recruitment, and/or project management is required.
  • Some project management skills, with the ability to lead and contribute to complex projects and initiatives
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and talent market trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions, identify trends, and improve recruitment processes.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience preferably in Greenhouse and/or Workday
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% (Domestic travel)
