About the role
Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition (TA), the Regional Head of TA will be responsible for building and leading a world-class team of TA Managers and TA Partners across their region, through which they will plan and deliver the organisation’s hiring needs across all lines of business and at all levels, excluding Executive roles.
The Regional Head of TA will be required to represent a consolidated view of regional requirements when globally co-creating best-in-class hiring strategies and experiences, collaborating closely with the TA Centre of Excellence, TA Operations, Employer Brand, and TA Admin teams, to ensure Haleon is well-placed to attract exceptional, diverse talent. In parallel, the Regional Head of TA will lead globally strategic initiatives, as well as be accountable for deploying the TA strategy and assets across their region, such as new technology implementations, and programs that accelerate our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) objectives across hiring.
The successful applicant will bring deep, full lifecycle talent acquisition subject matter expertise, a consultative, problem-solving mindset, and proven leadership capabilities that will help the global TA team achieve delivery excellence.
Key responsibilities

Build, lead, and manage the performance of a world-class team of TA Managers, and TA Partners, that will deliver consistent outcomes and experiences for Haleon and our candidates.

Partner with Regional HR and Business Leaders to ensure prioritisation of hiring efforts align to those of the business, providing market talent intelligence to support strategic workforce planning.

Focus on recruiting acumen skills-building within the region, for both our HR and business colleagues, focusing on our ability to self-sufficiently source, assess and select exceptional, diverse talent.

Partner with the TA CoE to design, develop and implement best-in-class hiring experiences, putting the experiences of our users at the centre of design.

Act as an escalation point for all hiring decisions and resolutions in the region.

Partner with the Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing (EBRM) team to deliver innovation talent attraction strategies across the region.

Ensure our hybrid model of internal and external recruiters are performing against clearly defined global standards and measures of success.

Work with Regional Heads of TA peers to drive agility in resource allocation and ‘sprints’ to tackle Haleon’s most critical requirements.

Develop strong partnerships with regional Leadership across People Services, Learning & Development, and Reward, amongst other collaborator groups, to ensure alignment and execution of the TA and wider HR strategies.
Qualifications and skills
Essential
-
A demonstrable track record building and leading high-performing Talent Acquisition teams across complex, multi-country regions

An experienced leader of TA transformation, able to oversee complex change management relating to people, processes, and technology.

A highly effective communicator and people leader, able to engage and develop teams operating across time-zones, languages and work location preferences (remote, office, hybrid)
-
Direct and indirect leadership of individuals and teams which is engaging and growth centric.
-
Quantitative experience with high attention to detail and proven ability to prioritise effectively when managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

Experience deploying technology and process change, effectively managing adoption within hiring communities.

Experience participating and leading large, cross-functional projects - identifying and driving the right strategic path forward and guiding teams to solutions.

Experience with using a variety of digital collaboration tools.

The salary range for this role is: $182,858 - $228,573.
