What you’ll do: 

Reporting directly into the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Associate Manager, you will have a keen operational supporting role for the whole Talent Acquisition Team.  This internship opportunity will require your commitment on data monitoring and process management activities, contributing to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent acquisition strategy.

 

Specifically you will:

  • Provide support for the organization, monitoring and analysis of data and metrics related to the recruitment flow helping the Team with continuous improvement.

  • Support the development of presentations for internal and external use.

  • Maintain and organize databases, reports and archive.

  • Provide support in managing our HR Digital Platform, Workday, ensuring that all processes are strictly followed and that the system is always up to date.

  • Assist in job posting activities, making sure job descriptions are correctly published, optimized, and visually well-structured across all internal and external channels, including our Career Site and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and Joinrs and help for communications and newsletters.

  • Support management and sharing of assessments tests used in the recruitment process to facilitate and accelerate decision-making.

  • Facilitate the Team in improving processes and with on-demand requests to ensure the best experience for all stakeholders and candidates.

  • Draft training project proposals for internship activation, managing relationships with employment agencies (APL).

  • Additional operational support and contribution to the initiatives in which the team is involved.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Degree in Business Administraton/Management/Economics, Human Resources or Psychology.

  • Great interest to start a career path in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

  • Good orientation to numbers, data, and precision for details.

  • Good knowledge of the Office Suite with a solid foundation in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Proficency in written and spoken English.

  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing together with our Team.
