Job Summary:
As part of the talent acquisition team, the selected candidate will provide a full range of administrative support and other responsibilities to the recruitment team. The candidate must be highly professional, detail oriented, and exhibit strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 1 year contract position based in Milan. This role will be fully office based for the first 6 months, before becoming a hybrid position (3 days in office / 2 days from home).
Responsibilities:
- Source and pipeline for high priority roles
- Work as part of a global TA team, with a focus in the Milan Region
- Maintain a variety of reports as directed
- Engage with local universities, and university students, in support of our growing graduate program
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics for recruiters, candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates to provide assessment information, interview details, etc.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Monitor the status of candidate applications and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ad hoc recruitment projects
Qualifications:
- Recent, or soon to be, graduate from a university program
- Ability to communicate effectively whether via verbal or written communications with all levels of the organization
- Possess high level of organization skills, flexibility, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- A highly reliable, personable, energetic, professional attitude
Education & Training:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Fluent English required
- Additional foreign language skills preferred
