As Talent Acquisition Specialist your responsability is to keep building and scaling our organization. You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting including partnering with hiring managers to establish hiring requirements, sourcing, recruiting, closing and delivering exceptional candidate experience as well as the onboarding process and TA global projects
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our recruitment efforts, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize our talent acquisition strategies and processes.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, while building collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking, to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making and improve hiring processes
- Maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and conduct reference checks
- Perform candidate negotiations and assist with the onboarding process
- Partner with the People Operations team to streamline hiring processes and enhance talent attraction strategies
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent in a competitive market
- Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in recruitment practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the talent acquisition function through data analysis and process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an in-house recruiter in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience working with talent acquisition metrics and delivering data-driven results
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Experience with sourcing strategies and candidate engagement techniques
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Colombia
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to take on new challenges
- Proficiency in recruitment analytics and reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
