HR Program and Engagement Specialist
This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:
The HR Program and Engagement Specialist leads and supports key HR PM initiatives, ensuring their successful and timely completion through effective coordination. This is responsible for developing project plans, managing requisition approvals, overseeing the DEI action plan, and supporting Talent Programs for the Corporate Functions HR team.
How you'll make your mark:

Lead and support key Corporate Functions HR initiatives impacting Team Members.

Ensure timely delivery and success of Corporate Functions HR projects through effective coordination and management.

Develop project plans, involves stakeholders, tracks progress, and maintains thorough documentation.

Manage requisition approvals & DEI action plan and supports Talent programs (mentoring, career development, team member engagement, etc.) for Corporate Functions HR teams.
About you:
-
First-level university degree, preferably bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Typically 2+ years related experience in managing and coordinating projects.

Experience using Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Highly proficient in oral and written communications skills in English, including superior writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills.

Strong team player with the ability to work independently in a team environment and with guidance on more complex issues and decisions.

Excellent organizational, time management and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.

Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and implementation.
-
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to small and large groups.

Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
