PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:(include but not limited to)
- Data extraction & manipulation
- Preparation of data to be fed into the dialer and correspondence systems
- Preparation & management of multi-channel campaigns (dialler, SMS, email, post)
- Develop and prepare statistical analysis and reporting on a wide array of data across Consumer Finance, including:-
- CF Operational Reporting
- Campaign Effectiveness Reporting
- Performance KPI’s
- Team Dashboard Reporting
- Quality Monitoring Reporting
- Examine & communicate trends from reports
- Develop, establish & maintain standardised reporting across Consumer Finance
- Develop and maintain mail merge templates
- Identify & recommend solutions for data and process issues
- Preparation of month-end reporting within required deadlines
- Provide support to the Supervisor including adhoc tasks & assignments as required

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:
- Absolute attention to detail, thoroughness & accuracy
- An understanding of the regulatory credit risk framework under National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (NCCP), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Privacy Act Australia and New Zealand (Privacy) and Debt Collections. Annual Training will be provided.

- Exceptional organisational & time management skills
- Uses sound analytical reasoning when problem solving
- Quick learner

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word preferable
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Access preferable
- Prior experience with Tableau is favourable
