As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our billing systems with a primary focus on Zuora Billing. You will utilize Zuora Data Query or SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of Salesforce, Netsuite, and Zuora Revenue is a plus, enhancing your ability to contribute to our integrated systems environment. 

As a Systems Analyst, you will:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize data queries in Zuora or using SQL to support business needs and reporting. 
  • Zuora Billing Management 
  • Configure and maintain Zuora Billing, ensuring accurate billing operations. 
  • Assist in integrating Zuora with other systems (Salesforce, Netsuite, Zuora Revenue). 
  • Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements to optimize billing workflows. 
  • Analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for optimization. 
  • Work closely with finance, billing and accounting teams to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions. 
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication. 
  • Participate in projects related to system upgrades, implementations, and integrations. 

You are a strong fit for this role if you have: 

  • Education and Experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on billing systems. 
  • Proficiency in Zuora Billing is a must. 
  • Zuora Data Query or SQL knowledge is required. 
  • Experience with Salesforce, Netsuite, and Zuora Revenue is highly desirable. 
  • Strong understanding of billing processes, financial systems, and data analysis. 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Experience in managing projects, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
