Analytica is seeking a Systems Administrator to support a dynamic federal government project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of technical support and vision for implementing and managing hardware, software, and network. In addition, the candidate will provide support for all duties related to the IT department including inventory, hardware assembly, procurement assistance, and all other duties assigned.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Provide System Administration and technical support necessary to ensure full operational capability of Information Systems
- Provide VTC support to set up meetings, troubleshoot errors, and work with VTC venders to assist in the install of VTC rooms
- Ensure the IAVM notices are being tracked to prevent quarantine. Ensure end user devices and servers are being patched manually when SCCM fails to deploy the package
- Trains staff members to increase their computer literacy as needed. For common tasks, developing quick reference guides to assist end users in using their software
- Prepare, plan, and implement necessary Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) to support Certification & Accreditation (C&A) IA efforts
- Manage the asset tracking of End User Devices (EUD) to ensure no equipment is lost or unaccounted for
- Conduct research, compare options, and write reports on suggested technology upgrades required by the organization that meet DoD requirements and are in line with the hardware lifecycle.
- Migrate, deploy, and manage servers and technologies being moved to a DoD Cloud environment
- Other project support may include equipment moves, IAVAs, deployments, major software/hardware upgrades, physical inventory, diagnostics, troubleshooting, or validate any concern in the field
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related field is required
- Secret Clearance required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Windows Server Administration (2012 or higher)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in IT Support (Tier I, II, or III)
- Minimum Technical Qualifications Required:
- CompTIA Security+
- Microsoft IT Certified Professional: Windows 10 and 11
- Experience collecting and evaluating OS performance data and identifying hardware failures, Internet protocols, OS security controls, and OS network configuration
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365, and Microsoft Server File/Print Server, Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring (MBAM), Microsoft Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM), and/or Microsoft Distributed File System (DFS)
- Experience with ticketing systems, issue tracking, and collaboration tools
- Must be familiar with Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVMs), Active Directory (AD), Basic networking configuration and troubleshooting, Virtual Tele-Conference (VTC) systems, PC and Server hardware replacement, Linux server administration, Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) systems and have experience working in the DoD NIPRNET environment
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere
- Familiarity with Tanzu administration, including deploying and managing Tanzu Kubernetes Grid (TKG) clusters
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
- Cloud (AWS or Azure), Risk Management Framework (RMF) and SQL Server (2019) experience are desired but not required
