We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the restoration of files, profiles, and mailboxes using industry-standard backup applications such as NetBackup, Avamar, and Commvault. This role will also require working directly in a data center environment and providing essential support for file management, profile standards, and email organization. Working with the Data Center Services group on the Storage Service team. Onsite, Shift work Tuesday – Saturday from 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm EST. No Hybrid work available.

Key Responsibilities:

 File and Mailbox Restoration:

• Assist in the restoration of files, user profiles, and mailboxes through backup applications like NetBackup, Avamar, and Commvault.

Data Center Support:

• Support daily data center operations, including facilitating tape movements and managing tasks related to data restores.

Customer Support:

• Provide assistance to customers with file management, profile standards, and email organization to ensure compliance with company protocols.

Profile and Permission Management:

• Demonstrate expertise in managing user profiles and permission structures to ensure proper access controls and security.

Issue Resolution and Ticket Management:

• Handle resolution of technical issues and manage ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution in accordance with SLA guidelines.
• Ensure that all tickets are addressed efficiently to meet performance and resolution benchmarks.

Required Skills:

• HS/GED and 15+ years of  experience within Computer Science or other IT  related fields.
• Bachelors in Computer Science or other IT related fields and 10+ years of experience.
• Clearance:  TS/SCI with FS      
• Required Certifications:  DoD 8570 IA Type: IAT Level 1 
• DoD 8570 CE Certification Requirements: CompTIA Security+ CE

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$109,800 - $241,600
