The Product Management team seeks an intern to support Product Management function. This internship is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience while working for a leading engineered solutions company in the robotics, photonics and medical device sectors. This internship will last approximately ten weeks & begin when the student completes their spring semester.
As a Product Manager MBA intern, you will be required to complete the Summer 2025 internship at the designated Novanta location site for the internship. Housing support to offset a portion of your housing costs for the internship will be offered for select roles and will be identified at the time of the interview process.
Primary Responsibilities

As an Intern within this Team, you will help improve our products by extensively using Novanta products, testing various applications and workflows, analyzing the competitive landscape, and reviewing customer feedback

You will learning, implementing, promoting and working on growth strategies for some of the most innovative products within the Novanta portfolio.

You will be one of the first to try some of our newest features and products, and provide usability feedback to drive the direction of the product,
-
Identifying any shortcomings or significant difficulties in creating engineered solution components.

You will also be considering the voice of the customer when working on cross functional teams regarding technical product enhancements.
General Tasks

Maintain compliance with the quality, occupational safety and environmental regulations.

Implement the instructions of the quality / environmental management representative and the occupational safety specialist.
Required Experience, Education, Skills and Competencies

Actively enrolled in a Graduate program pursuing a MBA.

Undergraduate technical degree.

Possess well-developed skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Camtasia or similar.
