That’s where you come in! We’re looking for a Product Management Intern to support the Product Management Team in leading a market analysis research project focused on exploring and expanding Kalderos' current business into a new strategic area. Using existing market research as a foundation, they will independently analyze the ideal customer profile, target market, and competitive landscape. The project will help identify potential new market segments and buyers, strengthen Kalderos’ commercialization narrative, and provide insights for strategic growth opportunities. The research should be completed within a 9-week period and will be critical for Kalderos' continued success and growth. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and naturally curious about Product Management and healthcare with a desire to gain experience at a high-growth technology company.
*This is a paid internship based at the Kalderos office in Boston, MA from June 9th - August 8th, 2025. You will be expected to work 40 hours/week at $25 per hour.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of Kalderos' existing market research to build an understanding of our current market positioning
- Investigate potential new customer segments and buyers that align with Kalderos' business goals
- Analyze the competitive landscape, identifying key competitors and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights on product positioning and market needs
- Assist in building a framework for evaluating new market opportunities, including potential risks and rewards
- Present findings in a clear, actionable format for internal stakeholders, supporting decision-making processes
- Participate in team meetings and share regular project updates with the product management and strategy teams
- Conduct primary or secondary research as needed to support the analysis of market segments and buyers
- Create summary reports and presentations that outline strategic recommendations for Kalderos' market expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Participate in creative ideation and brainstorming sessions
- Work alongside a talented group of interns across departments with an opportunity for social and volunteer events with the cohort
- Upon completion of your internship, present your project to your fellow intern cohort and leaders across the organization
What You’ll Bring:
- You're a rising junior, senior, or recently graduated with a degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills are required, especially with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in market research tools or software (such as Excel, Tableau, or other data analysis tools) would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills are essential to present findings and collaborate across departments
- Experience or coursework in market analysis, competitive strategy, or business development is a plus
