The person we are looking for is a proven executive and product leader with a strong customer-centric mindset, a passion for creating and delivering cloud-based solutions, a track record of driving growth and collaborating across the company, and a product marketing mindset. The ideal candidate in this role will have a sophisticated understanding of the call center technology ecosystem and will provide insight and strategy that will contribute to the continuous innovation of Acqueon's product lines. Additionally, we are looking for someone with a history and passion for working closely with adjacent departments like engineering, marketing, and sales and using collaboration to advance Acqueon's products.
As an SVP of Product & Product Marketing at Acqueon you will
- Lead Acqueon’s product strategy, development, and delivery.
- Formulate and execute product roadmaps and oversee multiple teams of highly talented product managers.
- Determine your talent needs and maintain the product department.
- Act as the connective tissue between product and product marketing.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to develop and retain employees under your purview.
- Play a key role in determining which technologies, services, toolkits, data structures and methodologies should be employed to optimally achieve product objectives.
- Provide leadership and vision for development and implementation of product improvements.
- Set and drive cross-functional objectives and priorities and form a vision for the future of the enterprise.
- Drive the product marketing strategy in accordance with the roadmap and other company initiatives.
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Exhibit objective leadership and openness to other views, while putting success of organization and team above own interest.
As an SVP of Product & Product Marketing in Acqueon you will need
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, or related fields.
- 10+ years of leadership experience with focus on product development and delivery.
- Leadership experiences in leading teams that have created, rolled out, and innovated call center technologies with a focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- A strong record of formulating product roadmaps and achieving milestones within the proposed timeline.
- Experience in leading and developing remote and distributed teams and executing cross-functional projects.
- A familiarity and proficiency with agile methods and tools to support project management in a timeline sensitive environment.
- A strong understanding of both the technical aspects of machine learning as well as business needs with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology.
- High accountability when it comes to meeting deadlines and ability to lead numerous projects simultaneously under time constraints.
- Ability to provide leadership and vision for development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence-powered platforms.
- Ability to work onsite or hybrid in Dallas office.
