Position Summary
Provide support to SVC department in commissioning process. From order to warranty certification. Provide support in training process. Provide tech support to ASCs.
Role and Responsibilities
Control Commissioning Process
Inform ASCs about DVM/EHS Sales in their areas due to ASC can have early information about future commissioning.
Check and control “startup request” documentation to send to the proper ASC
Control that the commissioning is done within the period requested by the client
Check and save all documentation provided by ASC after commissioning (Backup, Checklist, Pictures, Installation Report, invoice), PIF
Identify thought S-net pro backups if the units are working well or there are some wrong performance.
Create Warranty Certificate for each jobsite.
Commissioning Data Base maintenance.
Available to travel for work for PIF and Commissioning
Training Technical Documentation
Translate technical presentations documents to Romanian/ English
Create technical and sales presentations
Keep updated SBA portal.
Provide trainings to costumers beginning and medium level.
Provide trainings to sales team
Provide tech support to ASC
Provide to ASC tech document/tech bulletins/ s/w
Provide tech support to ASC about errors and how to solve issues.
Provide support to Presales BO Department
Provide technical solutions and proposals using Samsung s/w tools ( DVM Pro/DVM Pro Cad/ DVM Solutions)
Provide Quotations for those projects that require a technical content ( Drawings, schemes, big projects, DVMS translations)
Skills and Qualifications
Functional/Technical Skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communicational skills
- Self starter, proactive, creative and problem solving skills
- MS Office knowledge
- Technical product knowledge in the electronics market & concerned product portfolio
- Accurate and secure working
Profile (experience)
- Min 3 years of work experience
- Engineer University Degree
- Bilingual (Romanian and English)
- Samsung DNA: Flexible / no 9-5 worker / Dynamic
- Travelling for work
