Core Responsibilities
As a Sustainability Workplace & Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing sustainability initiatives, by establishing processes for collecting and reporting on sustainability performance data from our global hubs and offices footprint across Workplace Experience. Furthermore, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of four new workstreams within our sustainable workplace strategy and alignment with our ambitious corporate sustainability agenda.
Your responsibilities will be:

Act as program manager to support the development and execution of sustainability initiatives that promote positive environmental impact, enhance efficiency and align with our strategy workstreams.

Own processes, secure collection and data quality improvements for the sustainability related metrics (e.g. energy, water, waste), ensure alignment with internal & external audit requirements

Be a go-to expert, controlling and further developing our PowerBI and sustainability reporting solutions within Workplace Experience, collaborating with other functional business areas and local partners

Support and manage the development of new initiatives and critical metrics as part of our impact action plans across global hub locations

Ensure compliance with local, national and international environmental regulations and standards, including reporting on select sustainability metrics and certifications (e.g. LEED, ISO 14001, WELL)

Build and implement a communication strategy to share effective methods and performance data for long-term workplace goals with our global team.
Play your part in our team succeeding
You will be working in close collaboration across the workplace experience team where we develop workplace concepts, design and execution to end-user experience and operations. This role will also ensure the coherence, collaboration and common goals with the sustainability reporting & data and corporate sustainability departments.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate brings solid experience working with and developing automated/digital processes for collection and analysis of real estate data, including but not limited to, energy and water consumption, waste management and carbon emissions. In addition, we expect that you have:

Proven track record for establishing and managing programs delivering measurable sustainability impact across real estate assets such as energy efficiency initiatives and decarbonization roadmaps

Excellent in problem solving, managing large data sets and transforming analysis into tangible insights with concrete action plans and data visualizations.

Good at navigating across a complex organizational structure, cross functions partner dialogues and connecting the dots across a distributed team

Excellent communication skills e.g. establishing storylines and building strong communication material

Data driven attitude and skills with BI tools/Performance Management
