Survey Analyst - Member Services

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Survey Analyst to join our Member Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing member feedback to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations that enhance our service offerings and approach to delivery. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Location: Onsite | Dallas, Texas

Responsibilities:

  • Review Member Feedback: Collect and evaluate feedback from the survey platform.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and insights from member feedback analysis.
  • Actionable Recommendations: Develop and recommend action steps based on analysis to improve member satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Member Services, Marketing, Network and Product Development, to implement feedback-driven improvements.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Track the effectiveness of implemented changes and suggest further adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, customer experience, or a related role.

Skills:

  • Proficient in data analysis tools, feedback platforms and survey methodologies etc. (e.g., Excel, Survey Monkey)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in NICE preferred
