In short, the Support Specialist assists with daily communication between business partners, customers, and internal departments. Such as, injecting and cancelling contracts, uploading important documents, and setting up tows and rentals as requested.

The Specifics.

  • High School diploma (required), Bachelor or Associate degree is preferred.
  • Experience working in an administrative role.
  • Meets quality production expectations, while maintaining high level of accuracy.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple tasks while using a variety of computer systems.
  • Commitment to teamwork and personal growth.
