We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Support Specialist I to help deliver our Ontario-based energy efficiency programs. As a Support Specialist I, you will be handling customer inquiries via phone and email, documenting conversations, helping people navigate different energy efficiency programs, and recommending products or services to customers.

This role will be performed mainly remote, however there is a requirement of an onsite meeting at the Toronto office once per month.

  • Respond to customer inquiries across channels, resolving challenges with scripts and knowledge.

  • Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and cross-promote products.

  • Make outbound calls and influence customers as needed.

  • Accurately document customer interactions in the database.

  • Consistently meet KPIs, including adherence, quality ratings, and sales/conversion targets.

  • Aim for first-call resolution in every interaction.

  • Contribute to process improvements in a collaborative environment.

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and maintain professionalism in all settings.

  • Learn new tasks and meet utilization goals set by your supervisor.

  • Actively support and develop the CLEAResult culture.

  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • Bilingual in English and French is required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.

  • Ability to follow safety requirements.

  • Resourceful, energetic, and adaptable in all interactions.

  • Proficient with contact center software, data entry, and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Detail-oriented and resilient in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work between the hours of 8am-6pm.There will be an option for voluntary over time on evenings and weekends.

Targeted Compensation Rate:

$18-$20 per hour

$16.75 - $24.80
