We are looking for a Support Engineer (Entry Level) to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

 Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to software or hardware operations.
  • Engage with customers, including high-profile clients, to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong relationships.
  • Install software or conduct hardware testing remotely as needed.
  • Monitor system performance, enter commands, and identify and address errors to ensure proper functioning.
  • Maintain detailed records of transactions, troubleshooting steps, and remedial actions taken.
  • Read technical manuals, confer with users, and perform diagnostics to investigate and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
  • 2+ years of experience interacting with customers, including handling customer service and sales tasks.
  • 2+ years of project management or planning experience.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated written and verbal communication expertise.
  • Proven ability to collaborate within a diverse and inclusive environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle priorities and project changes.
  • Outgoing and energetic personality, bringing enthusiasm to a team environment.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Technical and/or Program Management Certifications are a big plus.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $55,000 to $62,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
